An 18th Century English Oak Mule Chest.
Of rectangular form with an overhanging top with moulded edge. The two plank top, supported on the back with its original iron hinges. The front of the chest has panelled sections, above a single long cockbeaded drawer with two panelled sections. The panelling continues on to the sides. The chest has brass plate handles and escutcheons.
