Pair of Early 19th Century Italian Walnut Side Tables.
These fine tables have turned legs which terminate in toupie toes. The friezes of the tables are veneered in highly figured burr walnut, also used to crossband the tops. The centres of the tops use bookmatched walnut veneer for contrast and visual interest. Each table has a concealed drawer in the frieze.
