19th Century English Regency Painted Window Seat
19th Century English Regency Painted Window Seat of Good Size and Proportions.
This fine piece is of x-framed form, the sweeping curved legs echoing much of the movement of the upper frame supporting the seat, and upholstered. The window seat has an ebonised finish throughout which has aged and patinated beautifully and is complemented with gilt highlights.
