19th Century Italian Cherrywood Bench
A 19th century Italian cherrywood bench, with a decorative open back raised on slender tapering legs. The bench retains a good colour and good surface throughout. The rush seat is a later replacement, traditionally hand woven with an attractive geometric pattern and particularly well executed.
