19th Century English Regency Convex Mirror

A good size, and unusual example of a 19th Century English Regency period, giltwood circular convex mirror. The top has a mythical hippocamp, captured in motion, carved upon a wooded mount. The convex mirror plate has a large frame with spaced orbs. The bottom section features decorative carvings that support four exceptional bronze candle arm holders, balancing on creature's heads.
