An elegant and fine quality, early 19th Century English Regency desk or dressing table of mahogany. The top having an unusual and beautifully carved back rail. A deep frieze with knee-hole contains a narrow central drawer flanked by two square drawers with ebony inlay. Raised on turned and tapering legs.
Very beautiful colour and wonderful timber, which is appreciated more in real life, difficult to see its charming qualities in the photographs.
