18th Century English Oak Drop Leaf Table
An Oval 18th Century English Oak Drop Leaf Table with Gate Legs.
The table with a double gateleg action, which swing out to support the top and create an oval when fully opened. The oak used throughout is of good figure and has an excellent golden colour. There is a single drawer in the frieze which retains its original drop handle. The top of the table is made of several conjoined planks and is slightly irregular in shape which all adds to its rustic charm. A nice piece of country furniture.
